Account Opening Request
Authorized By Laws * Unique Identification Number of each signatory
Minutes of the general assembly authorising the opening of account at UBC, designating signatories and specifying signature combinations.
Receipt of the declaration of association at the divisional office (Presidential decree for churches).
Instrument of recognition for cultural associations
Accreditation or license for associations engaged in an activity subject to such formality.
Authorization from parent ministry (for school)
Approval of the Minister of sports for sports association and federation.
Two 4*4 size photos + Photocopy of National Id.Card + UIN + Detailled and precised residence sketch map with attestation of honour of authorized signatories.
Detailled and precised residence sketch map for localisation of each signatory.
